Naturalized Brazilian-Canadian, mother of two girls and married to Enri, Bia left her hometown, Rio de Janeiro 20 years ago. She is a small entrepreneur with strength in marketing strategy, project leadership, community outreach, and event management in the hospitality industry, in the coworking spaces market, and in support of small businesses and nonprofits. From 2017 to 2019, Bia served as the first Honorary Vice Consul of Brazil in Manitoba, acting as a liaison between the government of Canada and Brazil with Global Affairs Canada serving her community of expatriates.

As a small business owner, she created an international student recruitment agency bringing students from Brazil to Canada from 2016 until 2020. Her biggest passion is to engage in community causes. She has lived and studied on three continents, with her first degree in Theology for Educational purposes and a second in Marketing & Advertising and a second in Theology for Educational purposes.

You can find her working remotely anywhere between Canada, Germany, and Costa Rica. She is fluent in English, German and her native Brazilian Portuguese.
